Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified Mechanical Plumber with strong heating and cooling experience to join their Melbourne team. This is a full-time role offering stability, flexible conditions, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

What you’ll be doing

• Diagnosing faults, servicing, and repairing split systems, gas ducted heaters, evaporative coolers, and reverse cycle systems
• Installing new heating and cooling systems, including split systems, reverse cycle, gas ducted, and evaporative units
• Performing commissioning, testing, and component replacements
• Conducting preventative maintenance and performance checks across multiple system brands
• Completing accurate job documentation and providing clear updates to the office team
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality in all customer interactions

What we’re looking for

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• VBA registration as a Mechanical Plumber
• Minimum Cert II in Refrigeration (ARCtick Licence)
• Proven experience in heating and cooling systems (essential)
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and clear communication
• Own hand tools
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
